Joelle and Jamie are one cool couple. We clicked instantly during our initial meeting with them and were thrilled when they chose us to photograph their wedding. It was easy to see on wedding day that family is a huge part of Jamie and Joelle’s life together, and we loved being a part of what was a true family affair. Joelle and her bridesmaids had preparation time at the Grand Hall at the Priory on the North Side (also their reception site). Joelle’s mother made her beautiful veil, which was the perfect accent to her dress. We took full advantage of the Priory for picture time with both Joelle’s family and her bridesmaids. Jamie kept the family connection going – his father is a Minister and presided over their ceremony at Bellevue Christian Church. After a very personal and touching ceremony, we headed to West Park with the bridal party for pictures and then back to the Priory for their reception. The one and only DJ Eric Schiemer provided the music, and we also had the great pleasure of working with Shayne Souleret of Soiree by Souleret Event Planning and Design who helped keep the day flowing perfectly and attended to every detail.
