The McElwains are one cool family! We got to hang out with them for their portrait session a few weeks ago, and we had a TON of fun! Mom, Monica, is an artist and photographer herself, so of course she chose the most awesome, colorful outfits for her family to wear. We spent part of the session in our South Side studio with Monica, Pete, Oban and Lucia, and then traveled to Mellon Park so that the family dog, Ruby, could join us for a few special pictures in the outdoors. Oban LOVES to climb trees, and Lucia, who just celebrated her birthday, had fun blowing bubbles in the park. We finished the session with the family’s signature trademark – a sunglasses picture!
