The 2013 wedding season has arrived! We couldn’t have been happier to jump back into the game this year with Julie and Andy’s wedding. They are two of the friendliest people you could hope to ever meet, and together they make one amazing couple.

Julie was totally beaming the entire day and truly enjoying every single second from the moment we arrived. We spent the morning with Julie, her family, and her bridal party for preparations and instantly felt right at home. Lisa from Kiss and Makeup and Christy from Simply Captivating On-Site Beauty Services both did a fabulous job with makeup and hair. We even got to talk a little shop with Julie’s brother, Michael, a photographer currently living in California.

With their ceremony at Heinz Chapel in Oakland and reception at the Doubletree Downtown, we got to take advantage of two great Pittsburgh area locations for pictures. Despite the cold, Julie and Andy stepped things up a notch and chose to head to the Rink at PPG for some great photos both on and off the ice.

Things warmed up at the Doubletree quickly, and we had a great time hanging out and partying with all of Julie and Andy’s family and friends. The night came to a perfect end with a crowd-pleasing closer featuring Toby Keith’s “Red Solo Cup” and yes, plenty of Red Solo cups on the dance floor.
