Carley and Joe planned a perfect day for their beautiful Spring wedding. After choosing Longue Vue Country Club for their reception venue, they decided to spend a good majority of their wedding day there (and with good reason!). We totally fell in love with the stone architecture, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff. Both Carley and Joe got ready at the golf club before heading to Calvary United Methodist Church on Pittsburgh’s North Side for their ceremony. These two are always smiling and laughing with each other, so it was no surprise that their grins lasted throughout their entire ceremony. They also had a surprise gift waiting for them at the church. A local artist painted a rendition of the lovely bride and groom on the altar during the ceremony as it unfolded. So cool!
After their ceremony, we made a quick stop at the overlook on Mount Washington, where the couple resides, before heading back to Longue Vue Country Club for some epic golf cart riding and pictures with the bridal party. Carley and Joe joined their guests for cocktail hour, so they could spend as much time as possible enjoying everyone’s company. During the reception, we witnessed some very heartfelt toasts given by Carley and Joe’s family. We were also impressed with everyone’s moves on the dance floor. They kept it packed all night long! Thank you, Carley and Joe, for letting us be part of your day! Congratulations to you both!!
