We are very excited to be premiering Kelsey and Joe’s blog post! A gorgeous Summer day, an equally gorgeous couple, and some great vintage details made this is a really fun day for us to capture. Kelsey and Joe have been together since high school, and it was an honor to experience their celebration alongside their longtime friends and family. We started the day at Bangz Salon in Bridgeville with Kelsey and her bridesmaids. We loved the girls’ colorful robes, which were the perfect match for Bangz trendy decor. Next we headed to Kelsey’s family’s house for final preparations and some family pictures before heading to the ceremony. Kelsey and Joe’s ceremony was held at St. John Capistran. It is a beautiful church both inside and out which gave us a great spot for some pre-ceremony shots with Joe and his groomsmen. After the “I do’s!” we had a TON of fun with the bridal party for post-ceremony pictures, and kept with the vintage theme in an awesome, overgrown field. Jeff Jimerson and Airborne were waiting for us at the Circuit Center in the South Side, where their reception was held, and the band made sure everyone rocked the night away.
