Let’s just cut to the chase: Cindy and Casey are awesome. Their laid-back, fun, and funny personalities made them instantly feel like old friends, and we had a blast tagging along with them for their urban Strip District engagement session, and their gorgeous Oakland wedding day. Both Cindy and Casey got ready at The Mansion on Fifth. It was great getting to spend time with each of them and their bridal parties before heading to Heinz Chapel for their ceremony. We had a terrific fall day, and Cindy and Casey left plenty of time for post-ceremony pictures on Pitt’s campus. We also got to make a bonus stop at the nearby Oakland bar and restaurant, Fuel and Fuddle, for an extra classy happy hour pit stop. We loved it! Since their reception was at the Carnegie Museum Music Hall Foyer, we made sure to sneak in a few more pictures around the museum before the party started. One of our absolute favorite parts of Cindy and Casey’s wedding was their personalized touches. Casey is a graphic designer, and he did a fantastic job of bringing their idea for a travel-themed wedding to life with his custom creations. Everything from their programs and invitations to a custom logo and place cards looked fantastic! Casey and Cindy had an amazing group of guests and who were treated to The Elite Show band for a night of non-stop music and dancing.
