We are so excited to be premiering Jackie and Dan’s wedding! We’ve loved working with these two. Like us, they are very “city” oriented and planned a wedding that perfectly reflected just that. Our day started with Jackie downtown at the Westin Convention Center. In the midst of preparations and fun with her bridesmaids, we loved witnessing Jackie’s father seeing her for the first time in her wedding gown. Such great moments! Dan and his groomsmen met us at Sacred Heart Parish in Shadyside. It’s a beautiful church both inside and out. Jackie and Dan’s ceremony was as touching as we expected. These two are so connected! Although our picture session time before their reception was brief, Jackie and Dan were determined to head to the North Shore for some pictures with the gorgeous city skyline and bridges. Jackie and Dan totally owned it! Nice work you two. Just as we arrived at the Pennsylvanian for their reception, the skies opened up and it poured (can you say perfect timing?). Jackie and Dan entered their reception under the beautiful rotunda and went right into their first dance. The rest of the night was all party party with great toasts and dancing with the one and only Jeremy Ganss at the DJ Table.
